Karen Mok has a longstanding history of support for charitable causes focussing on support for children as well as animals.
Amongst other affiliations, she presently serves as ambassador for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA),
as Ambassador to the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF,
as Patron to Animals Asia,
and as Music support for the First Initiative foundation.
In 2017, Karen together with her brother Trevor and mother Eleanor, founded the Morris Charity Initiative (MCI) in order to further structure and widen their charitable activities
